Cancellations

Cancellations  happen.    You  may  need  to cancel,  we  may  need  to  cancel.    

If  you  cancel  at  least  72  hours  from  the  scheduled  time  of  setup,  you will  recieve  a  full refund.    If  you  cancel  at  least  24  hours  from  the  scheduled  time  of  setup,  we  cannot  refund  the  deposit,  but  you can  reschedule  for  another  date.    If  you  cancel  within  24  hours,  we  will  not  refund  your  deposit.    If  you  cancel   within  2  hours  of  setup,  you  will  be  charged  the  entire  cost  of  the  rental.

There  are  occassions  where  we  will  have  to  cancel due to weather.   We  will  base  our  determination on  weather.com  forecast  in  the  morning  of  the scheduled  date.    Bounce houses  cannot  be  setup  in  winds  of  20  mph  or  more.    If the  forecast  calls  for  20  mph  winds,  we  will  have  to  cancel  for  the  safety  of  the  kids.   We  will  refund  your  deposit  in  full  within  3 business days.    If  the forecast  calls  for  50%  chance  of  storms ,  we will  have  to  cancel  and  will  refund  your  deposit.    If  chance  of  rain   is  less  than 50%  or  is  showing  spotty  showers,  we  will  NOT  cancel.
