Our inflatable‘s are all safety rated and exceed industry safety standards. This means that they are built with safety in mind, using the latest and high security designs and fire retardant materials.
We normally do not charge for the set up or delivery of the units however if you’re outside of our delivery area you may see a slight charge for the delivery .
Yes, we do require deposit. We require a deposit of $50 and will be deducted from your total bill. A credit card is required for the deposit to keep on file for incidentals.
The units are cleaned meticulously before and after use. We use a special solution to clean. Please do not use foreign cleaning solutions, it may harm the bounce house material. We also wipe down touched surfaces with Lysol to help fight against Covid-19.
As long as you have permission and/or the permits to do so, of course! You will need to make sure they have working electrical outlets and that the area is clean and free of sharp objects before arrival.
Depending on the size, between an half hour and an hour. We will notify you by text the ETA on delivery day.
We will need a regular 110v dedicated outlet (nothing else can be plugged in) and must be within 100 ft of the bounce house area.
